6.0 - Season 2 Patch!

- Final Fantasy 8 Gauntlet introduced. It's 47 Stages long.
- Smoothed out ATB and HP bars. This change should be immediately noticeable.
- Limit Break Gauge is now visible!
- Made damage more clear to see.
- Ascensions received a major overhaul:
- Now you only require 100 victories instead of 300
- Ascensions now carry over 35% of your stats instead of 25%
- Ascensions no longer give you 10% Exp up, instead, it gives 1% Exp up to the whole party, it accumulates even when there is more than 11 chatters "participating".
- This changes should give overall a much better power spread across the whole party, and on top of it, its now the main way to push through walls thanks to the 35% kept ratio. Ascend often!
- 2 New status effects. Petrify and Sleep. They can be dispelled with the right type of attacks for a massive double damage. More info on the spreadsheet guide.
- 3 Status conditions arrive to the game: Burn, Freeze and Poison. These deal Damage over time, and debuff the target on certain stats. Best of all, they stack the Damage Over time! More information on how they work on the spreadsheet guide.
- Defense stat removed, the formula uses level now to reduce damage. You might expect this change to make all characters significantly more tanky than before. Bosses are unaffected by this change.
- New stat introduced: Spirit.
- Spirit boosts your healing abilities, as well as the potency of the status conditions, such as Burn, Poison or Freeze.
- Espers descriptions should be clearer.
- !freehire is easier to refresh. Now you just need to win 50 battles of any kind, from previously having to win against a cycle final boss.
- New animation plays when unlocking a new character!
- Progress bar has been added when starting a battle. So now is possible to see exacly when the gauntlet is gonna start.
- Spells Such as Fire, Blizzard or Bio now has a chance to cause status effects and conditions respectively
- A plethora of bugfixes with kits on the characters. Most notably, summoning characters not activating Diablos properly. Bahamut not activating on limit breaks, etc.
- Most of the bugfixes are not super noticeable, such as types of damage not working as magic or physical as expected, they happend on the inner workings of the game, most if not all of them should be squashed by now.
